"The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "

"Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. The bar-restaurant had nice lunch items the complimentary breakfast each day was good and a nice selection. There was good live entertainment by the...

"Not too crowded and staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They went beyond and above. I had a medical need and the staff made all the arrangements to secure an appointment with doctor, call a cab and checked on me the day after. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is laid out nicely and it’s very easy to get around. In regards to location, you can’t get any more central to all - stores, restaurants, and snorkelling. They are updating their pool/bar area which is slotted for September - Dec ‘24 which should help keep it in line with the newer resorts."

"We loved our stay at the West Bay Beach Club! Our suite was amazing and more than expected. The full kitchen, laundry, and living space were wonderful. The beach was beautiful and we loved that the staff helped us find a spot and also set our beach chairs up with a towel to lay on and another towel. The WBBC staff were particularly fantasitic to work with, so friendly, helpful, and fun to talk with. Special thanks to Franz, Lorenzo, Roosevelt, and Petrona."

"Really nice property, very clean and maintained. Not that close to the beach so they have a beach shuttle which is great, 5 min ride to the beach. Staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately not much walking distance but still a good option."

"I would have given 5 stars but office manager wasn’t always accessible. The water would also go in and out at random times so we didn’t have water for showers. I did like that the beach was private and it’s a one minute walk. It was very quiet and secluded in comparison to the resorts. Very clean as well and we had our own pool. Would still highly recommend it. Wish the AC was stronger in the room as well. "
