"The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is laid out nicely and it’s very easy to get around. In regards to location, you can’t get any more central to all - stores, restaurants, and snorkelling. They are updating their pool/bar area which is slotted for September - Dec ‘24 which should help keep it in line with the newer resorts."

"Not too crowded and staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They went beyond and above. I had a medical need and the staff made all the arrangements to secure an appointment with doctor, call a cab and checked on me the day after. "

"We loved our stay at the West Bay Beach Club! Our suite was amazing and more than expected. The full kitchen, laundry, and living space were wonderful. The beach was beautiful and we loved that the staff helped us find a spot and also set our beach chairs up with a towel to lay on and another towel. "My family of 4 stayed at Coral Gardens for in early June 2024. We loved the location and the amount of space. We loved all of the room and the amazing ocean view we had at Coral Gardens! Coral Gardens was very clean, the A/C worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
