"Wonderful hotel in a great location. It was awesome to be able to walk to the Menil Collection. One of our favorite areas of Houston. The only thing that was odd, and a safety hazard was the shower. No door or curtain allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery. We had to put towels down all over the floor."

"What we paid was overpriced for what we got, breakfast was disappointing would have liked an option but the staff were friendly, the place was nice but a bit dated, location was good, I have no real complaints except the price I paid wasn’t worth what we experienced"

I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!"

"This will be my 7th revision of my review. I have changed it multiple times per your rules and every time you send it back stating it needs to be revised but only shows the original review and non of the revisions. Too many games being played towards customers."

"Over all it was a great experience even though it was only for one night. The property looked great, clean and the guys at the front desk were amazing, super friendly and always smiling. The only observation that I have is with the Valet’s crew, they were a bit rude in a sense that they never approached the car, might not be a rule that you guys implement but in other places they tend to approach the car and ask if you are checking in or not. They are the first point of contact so they should be...

"Fantastic property in downtown Houston. Close to the Museum and Library Districts. Ample and tastefully decorated public areas. Apple and well laid out rooms, although some of the furniture is calling from a little maintenance. Helpful and friendly staff."

"We like the location and price point of this hotel when we just need an overnight stay in downtown Houston. Great location to Downtown and Midtown. Unfortunately there have some major renovation going right now that would be have nice to know ahead of time. Still a decent hotel."
