"The property is beautiful and the rooms are classic. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room and the bathroom has the toilet, shower and sinks in one open room. The Hotel is in a good location."

"Joseph was the star of the place! He made the most delicious breakfast! The place is lovely, it just needs some deep cleaning. The carpet in our room was old and the outside of the bath tub was quite dirty. The light switches in the bedroom and bathroom need some cleaning. Over all it was a pleasant stay."

I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!"

"The hotel had great ambiance from the front lobby to the check-in lobby. The staff was very friendly and responsive which made me feel welcomed. The room was very clean along with the hotel. Location was great too due the park across the street where we had a lovely walk."

"Located 1 to 2 miles away from downtown, the Rooms are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. Would love to come back and stay whenever possible."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The entire staff was very personable and helpful. I was traveling alone and felt safe. The hot breakfast had many options so I never ate the same breakfast for the three mornings I was there. They do charge for parking but they closed up the parking lot at night and had two security guards in the lot to checking vehicles to allow only prevent non-patrons back in to park. The best part was that It is less than a mile from Daikin...

"The price is unreasonable considering there is no pool or vending machines. Breakfast is cold prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal. Or stale cocoa pebbles and corn flakes and good luck with the staff having milk available."

"150 security deposit and 25 dollars parking a day in the buffet was too expensive the rooms was not all that great the shower didn’t even get hot I think you’re ripping pickle off very disappointed me in my family"

"The elevator was out the entire time I was there. They were fully booked the first night I was there and my bathroom smelled light a dead rotting rat. I got moved the next day. I have stayed here twice before for a conference but I won’t next year."
