Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower."

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."

"Our floors in both rooms were wet and deteriorating. When we stepped in to the bathroom, water poured out from the bottom of tub. There seemed that people “lived” here and our rooms seemed like smoke and weed."

The reasons for the 3-star rating were as follows: 1) The thermostat in the room didn't work until (at 2:15 am) I turned it off and back on again. I had set the thermostat to 68 degrees on the 'cool' setting when we went to bed as it was 73 degrees in the room. I woke up drenched in sweat as it had gone up to 76 degrees.
