"Staff was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest staffs I have been around at a hotel and we travel as a family quite a bit, the only negatives for me is there was a used wash rag that was missed in the bathroom, the shower curtain was dirty and the bed was a little firm. The bed you could tell was new but from a personal preference it was a little firm is all. Other than that the breakfast was amazing and everything else was great."

"Pool closed. Rooms in disrepair. Had to move 3 rooms first heat was stuck on and pull-out couch wouldn't close. 2nd room had no hot water or lock on the patio door on 4th floor. 3rd room had to hold toilet handle down to flush anything."

"Overall it was decent but could improve. Area grounds needs cleaning, cigarette butts everywhere. Rooms need renovated (cracked bathroom door, main door is hard to open, sofa couch needs replaced and AC is loud rm #225. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagels, muffins, bread, cereal, waffle makers,, etc)"

"The lobby was blocked off no signs directing us to a make-shift lobby. Had to enter by going to the door by the dumpsters. Lobby under construction Jackhammers running until 8pm. Dust everywhere. Asked where breakfast was served the gal pointed to the small area by the elevators which was full of dust. First room had an open window. Could not close it or anything. Second room, we got moved to had no running water. Told would be 30 min. Ok we waited 1 hr still no water at two hours we left told the we demanded refunds and called Hotels to get a new room somewhere. Took 2 hrs but we were given another room in the same area. Thank goodness I opted for the insurance."

"Our room smelled so bad of weed it was like check was staying with us. Bathroom door didn’t fit the jam and wouldn’t shut easily or quietly"

"Clean and comfortable room. Great location close to the Chrysler Technical center which we were visiting for business. I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast which I felt was ok, but not up to the usual Hampton Inn standard."
