"I've been meaning to write this review for months. My father and I stayed here while he underwent cancer surgery and I haven't been able to focus on writing until now. But that is really the most important point that I can make about my experience at this hotel - in such a difficult time, these people were absolutely wonderful to work with. "The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice."

"We have stayed several times! This most recent was with our Marley dog! The staff was so sweet and accommodating! Room was so clean and had everything we needed. When I needed fresh towels they showed up! Everyone in the hotel loved Marley! We will absolutely be back!!"

"We didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel had a dinosaur theme. Great if you have kids that like dinosaurs. The breakfast bar had more choices than we were expecting. It was great each day we had it. The staff was very polite and helpful as well!"

"The staff I interacted with were wonderful. The hotel was clearly bought and partially redone to open as a Hilton Spark. The room had an awful chemical smell, likely from paint or redoing the flooring. While the TV worked, the cable did not. The continental breakfast was limited; coffee was decent. All around, there are better hotels nearby and I will not return to the Spark."
