"Our room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette! And parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again!"

The hosts were great - they called twice on Christmas, the day we were arriving, to ensure we had the codes to enter and details for our stay. Breakfast was great and they were accommodating to our allergies. Beautiful bed and breakfast. Will definitely be back!"

"Beautifully renovated boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown with its own restaurant and bar. Excellent staff that always went above and beyond for us. A vase of flowers and a thoughtfully created gift basket for our “Sister’s Trip” were waiting for us in our room, which felt so personalized and kind. We initially had a Double Queen room but found it to be too tight for 3 women that each had 2 suitcases. When we inquired about booking an additional room we were luckily able to be changed...

"We were doing a cross country trip in our airstream. We stayed one night at the BnB and absolutely loved the grounds, our room, and our host. She went above and beyond accommodating our airstream and our dogs."

"Parking was great. Breakfast was fine and area was clean and well attended. Room was clean. At check in we were not told they did not clean rooms daily. No one came by during our 3 night stay. No shower soap on arrival and it took three requests over two days to get some. Manager handled issue."

"Had me change rooms in the middle of my stay even though i told them i didn’t want to change rooms. Management was very rude to me. Management threatened to call the police on me and kick me out if i didn’t change my room at 12am after i got back from a 10hour shift. So i had to change my room in the middle of the night bc they said they didn’t have anything clean earlier in the morning."

"The room was not ready on time, even though we arrived early. They said they would get to cleaning it right away, and still it was not ready on time. The floors were still wet when we walked in. Staff were smoking near the entrance regularly with the doors wide open."

"Air conditioning was great. The shower was hot but needs updated and throughly cleaned. No ice machine. If it was updated it would be worth the price"

"The new parking ramp is nice. The room was clean the breakfast was great. The hotel main floor was being renovated so the restaurant/bar was closed. There were construction noises starting early. The construction vehicles were all parked in the loading area on checkout so loading our luggage had to be done in the transit authority driveway, and that wasn't layed out for that."

"The St. Clair in Frankfort is a charming boutique stay in a beautifully restored historic building, with loft-style studios full of character, an easy walk to downtown restaurants, and a convenient drive to nearby bourbon distilleries and Churchill Downs. There’s even a hidden speakeasy on-site, if you can solve the riddle to get in! Just know that, as with many historic loft properties, you may hear some noise from guests staying above you."
