"Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."

"The property was centrally located and well equipped. There was no microwave but we didn't need it. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were able to store our bags which were then taken to our flat for us. This is a lovely home away from home. We would stay there again."

"Great location not far from the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Highlight for us was the selection of gluten free breakfast, being coeliac this is hard to find but they were excellent and made fresh food upon request also."

"From the second we walked into the hotel, all the staff on the front desk and in the bar were fantastic, really helpful and kind and understanding at the fact our trains had been cancelled and they really helped us"

"Dirty bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work and the room was advised with a balcony which wasn’t a proper balcony with being a corner room its was tiny. The place was under renovation. Just poor wouldn’t stay there ever again."

"Modernes Hotel im Zentrum von Leeds. Ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer, eher klein. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage (bei der Hitzewelle im Juli 2026 ein Segen). Sehr gutes Frühstück vom Buffet, typisch englisch. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels der gleichen Kategorie preislich etwas höher angesiedelt. Ideal für Besichtigung von Leeds zu Fuß, da alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Altstadt relativ kompakt ist, auch einige gute Restaurants fußläufig. Geparkt wurde...
