"Very clean and responsive staff. They have updated the rooms nicely and our family has enjoyed staying multiple times. My only suggestion would be to freshen up the carpeting in the rooms… then they would be perfect!"

"The Borgata was a great resort, plenty to do. Outdoor pool and hot tub the best. Beautiful. Our room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was extremely big and the shower was so relaxing after a busy day. The staff also were very helpful and friendly. We went as a family with our two teenage children and we can’t wait to come back. The metropolitan for breakfast was delicious and the food court had many great choices for everyone."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful if you needed help with anything. The Voodoo lounge was great. There was a live band each night. Had a wonderful time. I wish there was a walkway from the parking garage to the hotel."

"Our first room had blood on the sheets. Ibcalled guest services and they apologized profusely told us to go back to the check in counter. 2nd room...phone doesn't work. Had to use my personal cell to the call main number to be go through automated system that took a long time to get to a live person. I asked for extra pillows and to them the phone in the roomnis broken. They were sending up piliows and maintenance about the phone. Maintenance came and said there's nothing wrong with the phone...

"Extremely pleasant and relaxed feeling staying in a Bed & Breakfast that has so much history, (from 1799). We found ourselves imagining what it was like living in that era. and appreciated the architecture and interior decorating style. We loved the “Honor System” and felt safe staying there. Snacks were available in the kitchen area at all times and contributed to the warm and cozy vibe. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was awesome. We loved the Overnight Blueberry French...

"The most disgusting bathroom I have been in years. We couldn’t step foot in shower. Mold, mildew…entire bathroom wreaked. Disgusting green smear in back of bathroom door. Broken fixtures. Toilet base hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The other room we rented was cleaned just before we got there. The smell of Clorox was sickening, we had to sleep in the awful smell. It also left the bathroom so slippery it was dangerous. Told front help, nothing was done. Just, “sorry, will tell house keeping”....

"This hotel is a wonderful throwback in time. Such a great example of what it would have been like vacationing in AC decades ago. It has old charm with update bathrooms and showers with old themed hardware. No elevator. The room and the overall property was very clean everywhere. As staff was very good. So many antique pieces. Little noisy but it's AC and if your doing it right you won't notice LOL. Overall a great stay. A bonus is the Chelsea pub right next door, open late with food. Such a nice...

"Muy buena opción cerca de Atlantic City. El edificio se ve viejo, pero las habitaciones estaban bastante bien, limpias, espaciosas y la cama cómoda. Creo que sin la alfombra se vería mucho más moderno. El desayuno estaba ok. Había bagels, pequeños muffins y cereal."
