"Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "

"First thing we saw on entering the room were several quite big green (ink?) stains on the carpet. A lovely big bed but only 2 small pillows, so had to ask for more. The room was very hot and although we found a fan it didn’t get below 26 degrees the 3 nights we were there, outside not over 22 degrees in the day! We went to the Restaurant our first night and waited 30 mins for a drink. The food was not good and loud party of golfers drove us to the bar. Not much better so took wine to our room....

"Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. "

"Friendly & courteous welcome at reception. Room was well equipped, clean, warm (ideal for a winter stay) with wndows that open if required. Microwave as well as kettle supplied and a litre bottle of water! Full choice for Breakfast was included and cooked fresh not a buffet type! 2nd time of staying and will use again if I am in the area or using Norwich Airport - Short Taxi ride. A relaxed,quiet atmosphere - very comfortable stay. "

"Far too fussy and too much clutter, no room to put anything anywhere. All cupboards full. Good job only two of us so we could use spare bedroom for our cases etc. Very clean ,very quiet, but no local information. Tesco express 100 yards but very few amenities in village. No direct sun at this time of year so despite good weather couldn’t sit outside."
