"There were issues with cleanliness regarding the carpet, couch, old scratched surfaces on the tables and even the walls in the bathroom etc. They were all dirty or stained."

"The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a leak in the shower. It was fixed within the same hour, but the maintenance man left the floor very dirty. Breakfast was OK. They only had bacon one day out of our week's stay. The coffee was amazing. The outdoor pool was very nice and clean, not congested in the mini hot tub was definitely a plus. My only issue was that there was not enough trash collection. The room trash came without trash bags. We had to request them...

"I loved my stay at the Candlewood suite it was great. The space there was just what I expected. The staff were phenomenal n very friendly. I didn’t expect to pay for parking $20 per night. I believe that’s something needed to be mentioned in the fine print when reserving your room. Other than that it was. Absolutely wonderful. Thanks"

"I checked in on Friday and there were no room keys the entire visit. I was met with additional wait time with every arrival. There were no answers on an estimated solution. Very inconvenient. Most of the staff was friendly, however others were abrupt and less friendly. The saving grace was the newly renovated room."

"As soon as we walked out of the elevator, people were helpful and friendly. The hardwood floor was an instant plus. I was also amazed with the stirage and outlet spaces. The property was clean and the staff was professional and welcoming. However, I wish they had more late night options for non-meat eaters. I will definitely stay again."

"This is a gem of a property. Close to the Strip, but away from the bustle. Quiet rooms, nice kitchens, and free parking. My only complaint: there isn't a single knife, scissors or even bottle opener in the kitchen. Perhaps they're doing this for some weird safety or liability thing, but if you plan to chop anything or even open a package, you may be out of luck."
