We arrived around 8 am and were able to store our luggage until check in - when we came back, our bags had already been brought up to the room and we were offered complimentary welcome beverages! "Beautiful building, great location. Safe and clean. My room was a bit of a squeeze, but otherwise it had all I needed for a 2 night stay. I was on the ground floor with a lovely double door exit to a pebble-stone courtyard (great for keeping the room refreshed)."

"The staff was excellent and helpful when our initial room was 7 floors up with no elevator. They were very helpful when they found us a room in the Phoenix, their primary hotel next door . The room there was excellent. This hotel has a lift and the breakfast room is in this building. Please note neither have air conditioning or a small bar fridge which would be nice to store some water bottles cold. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the underground and restaurants ."
