Her explanation of the hotel was thorough and answered all our questions. She’s a very rememberable person and the hotel should be very grateful so have someone like her on the team. A true asset. The room was super cute! We had to kill about 10 gnats which was off putting but other than that, the room was fine. I would suggest...
