We liked the close parking lot so we could just leave the car in a safe place and use other transportation options and walk places nearby while in the city. Walking distance from SFMOMA! Great restaurant right next door called Sears Fine Food. Excellent food and good prices and service."

"We absolutely loved the design and feel of the Hotel, it feels like you're thrown back in time of 1900s. As for service, JUDY at the bar (Butterfly Lounge) was absolutely lovely! If in the area would definitely go back just to see her. Service was excellent as she offered and prepared wonderful cocktails to our liking. Unfortunately we werent able to say goodbye. Breakfast was good loved the accommodation."

"Nice staff,, convenient location, comfortable bed. Shower pressure was mediocre. Room had numerous power outlets - so helpful when we had cellphones, EarPods, battery packs and laptops to charge. Room also had desk chair, club chair and an ottoman - so that more than 1 person can sit. Powell St station is just a 5 min walk away; catch the BART or Caltrain. Many great food options nearby - including GF options which is what we needed. Note - hotel’s location, though convenient, is in a sketchy...
