"Not bad, I stayed there before but I was disappointed that the safe was not operational. I did report it and maintenance came but couldn't get it fixed. The toilet in our room was not working its best. We didn't even bother to report it because we knew it wasn't going to be repaired so we used the one in the lobby. Even the elevator was not working properly, only one was operable. They could have at least roped it off or put a sign stating that one is operable and the other is not."

"Room was ok. Not clean at all under coach cushions, couch and bed. Closet was full of remodeling supplies. And the bathtub is very slick I almost fell twice. "

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"You get what you pay for, and clearly this was the least expensive option. There’s a reason for it. There were bugs on the floor crawling around. The light switch didn’t work, and overall if felt dingy. But…. It was half the price of the next cheapest option."

"If you have a loved one residing at Orange City Nursing & Rehab, this is an excellent place to stay because it is 1.3 miles away. There is free parking and a reasonable free breakfast, a room with a mini fridge and microwave, free coffee (including decaf)/tea anytime, and a small gym and pool. It is near a Target and Walmart to help with anything you have forgotten. The cons: I struggled to figure out how to turn off the flashing message light on the room phone (to be honest, I didn't ask for...
