"Great party location "

"The room was extremely small. The air conditioner was so loud we didn’t get much sleep. Then we had a boil water notice at 6 am. Which was not the hotels fault but made it more difficult. "

"Beautiful old hotel in the French Quarter. Lots of charm, character and very romantic. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rebecca at the front desk is the best , genuine , concerned that your stay is great, she was always smiling, gave us great tips for dining and things to do, enjoyed chatting with her. Lovely outdoor pool and surrounding area unfortunately was too cold for us to use. Complimentary coffee downstairs in the morning, a full service liquor bar is coming soon. Wi-Fi worked well. On premise parking is available, never moved our car, everything within walking distance."

"Stayed in a newly renovated room. Very clean but not too quiet. Our room had an awesome view of the Mississippi River and we heard lots of car / boat horns at all hours of the night. "

"Wonderful place to stay"

"When checking in we were notified there was a boil water notice, not a big deal. However, we weren’t notified when it was lifted. I’m not sure who dropped the ball there, but can improve on communication. Also, our stay was for 3 nights, I didn’t expect daily cleaning but we didn’t get cleaning/service at all. I had to call on the second day to request some clean towels. After waiting over half an hour I had to call again to see if there was a mixup as we had not received them. Ended up getting the towels within ten minutes after the second call. That was pretty inconvenient but overall we had a great stay. "

"The staff were nice but that was pretty much the only positive. Street parking in Nola is always a challenge, especially in that neighborhood. While it's in a convenient location in the Marigny, you still might have a bit of a walk due to a lack of parking. The room was small and not well maintained, and the ac did not work. "
