Hotel dekat The Water Rats

"Such a welcoming and beautifully decorated hotel. The staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A special mention to Soad who checked us in and looked after us throughout our stay. He even organised a special treat for our son’s birthday which made it an unforgettable stay."

"Overall, very good. Convenient location especially to St Pancras to take Eurostar"

"No issues. Good location."

"Lovely room. Well informed and helpful staff. Great place on every level. Would be perfect for a special event"

"Everything about this place was terrific!!"

"Clean room and everything was as expected. We enjoyed our quick visit to London."

"Excellent Services and Installations!…,great view at the 10th floor bar."

"The hotel is very well located, in a beautiful historic building, wonderfully restored by the current owners. The public spaces are very nice, although there are not many places to sit in the lobby. The restaurant is exquisite, and the food was very good. The rooms are beautifully restored, but very small. Note also that some "premium" rooms have only one chair and others two, and some have large bathrooms but others have small. If not for these quirks I'd have rated five stars."

"Great location a block away from the Eurostar and Kings Cross tube station."

"Great location for the train station."

"Erg fijne locatie op 10 minuten lopen van Kings Cross. Een prima uitvalsbasis om Londen te ontdekken. De pub heeft een gezellige sfeer, met lekkere gerechten en een uitgebreide drankkaart. Ook het ontbijt is prima geregeld. De kamers zijn simpel maar netjes. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niks is bijna teveel. We hebben er 5 nachten overnacht. Voor ons een heerlijk verblijf, helaas moesten we terug naar huis(Rotterdam)."

"Lovely quirky hotel, great team in a good location. A few niggles the main one being that no-one at the hotel could work our room safe."
