The rooms are clean and spacious. All the kitchen facilities if you choose to use them. Good for families. Be aware that this place is situated in Ningyocho and not Nihombashi. "Room was great for a family with kids. Only downside, the lobby is not staffed and the room had a very bright exit light making it very hard to sleep as the room doesn’t really get dark "

"We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and ideally located near public transport in a nice neighborhood. The staff are wonderful and made us feel right at home. Our room was well-equipped and felt spacious for Tokyo. Breakfast (sandwich or granola) with coffee is basic but a good enough start for a day of tourism. Highly recommended!"

"A lovely modern hotel a little over 10 minutes away from Asakusa station. We started in a large 4 bedded room which we were satisfied with. Only 3 options for breakfast which was the same every day. (Bagel with same 3 filling options). Ok for one or two days, but beyond that wished for some variety "

"The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The public hot spring in the hotel was excellent, which made our stay really enjoyable. The staff were kind and very helpful throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was the free coffee, which was always available—this was something we only experienced at this hotel during our trip to Japan. "We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only two stops from tokyo station yet so quiet. Excellent location for shops including a local supermarket and the chain ones. Plenty places to eat. Also no change on subway to the airport and great links for local trains around tokyo itself.I came back and stayed here on my last night as I liked it so much."
