"Fabulous location in Central London for access to the tube (Green Park) and extremities in visiting all the major sites, such as Westminster, London Eye, Buckingham Palace Tower, Bridge and Tower of London. "The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you"

"Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. "The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor.
