"Pet Friendly... Shari was very gracious and welcoming of our tiny 6 week old foster kittens that we had to bring along. Even had little treat bags with a toy and churu snack!! All of the staff had were friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about us enjoying our stay!! The breakfast was great, too!"

Location, view, well appointed rooms, excellent restaurant and tiki bar options, courteous and helpful staff, covered parking, comfortable bedding and probably the best shower head I’ve ever used! "The parking is limited. If you come in late you may havev to park near the entrance not in a space & hope no one back into you. Overall the staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean & well maintained. The only issue was the toilet had dirty residue near the seat hinges. Otherwise the king room was huge & a nice layout."

"We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay"

"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment.
