"There is not a front desk person. It is self check in and out however you are provided a number if you need anything and they are very prompt at replying and getting whatever you need taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could need. It was in close walking distance of the Lake Side Beach. The hotel will provide you with 50% off tickets to the beach if you’d like. It is also very easy to walk to all the shopping/restaurants. We would stay here again. "

"Just plain but clean hotel"

"I would describe our stay as nice. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. As for the room, I would say that the carpet and furniture were worn. The light part of the carpet looked stained and dirty. The night stands were peeling. Also, the room phone was missing but as soon as we reported it they brought us a new one. The bed was a little too firm for me but was fine for my husband. Overall it was a good stay but I expected more for the rating it had. "

"This one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. The decorating was just our style, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom perfect for our needs. If we'd stayed longer, we'd have definitely used the kitchen for a meal or two. "

"We have stayed at this property many times! It is in such a beautiful location. Disappointed that they are undergoing a renovation and replacing The Lone Eagle Grill with another upscale restaurant! Pros: Excellent check-in, room was very clean and spacious, pool was warm and welcoming. Cons: Cutthroat’s food was so-so, coffee at Cafe was awful! We didn’t go the beach either, but were offer free shuttle service to neighboring beaches. Hyatt beach is closed because of restaurant renovations!...
