"Fantastic 4 day stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive throughout - always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made a big difference after long days exploring Disney and the city. The hotel itself was spotless. Rooms and common areas were consistently clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both excellent - great variety, fresh options, and something for everyone. A really solid offering that made it easy to start and end the day well without needing to go far. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"This place was huuuge. Great facilities like a laundry room, bus stop for both Airport limousines, free Disney Cruiser bus to Maihama station and to Bayside station. They had wonderful luggage storage facilities and not only took my luggage in for a few days before I arrived but kept them overnight whilst I was at Toy Story hotel. It also had amazing restaurants, a small convenience store, and a little merchandise store with some stuff that was exactly the same as the parks! And the lobby was breathtaking IMO! You could also see the Disney fireworks from your room if you got park view which was coooool! My only slight complaint because I’m a very light sleeper, was that as all the rooms face the lobby, (like a kind of motel design if that makes sense) it was kind of noisy. Like at 3am someone was banging around doing something and I could not sleep so I was annoyed but tbf I am a VERY light sleeper so this may not be a problem. And by western standards it’s still a very quiet hotel! "

"This property is excellent and is extremely clean. It has a restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. Close to all stations and mini mall!! we loved our stay here!! totally recommended it!!"

"When I checked-in, someone assisted me to a self check-in booth and ask me to type my full name. Because my name is long and needs a period, it took me time to enter it and did it a few times because it can’t find my booking. Then I asked the staff if there’s other way to check in, then they guided me to a person in the reception. They should have told me earlier! Anyway, the room was splendid and spacious for a standard room. I love their theme as well. Breakfast was plentiful, I was expecting a coffee maker but they don’t have one though. "

"Clean, easy location for Disneyland and in to city centre, excellent staff. Even though train is right there, you can’t hear it in the rooms. Great soundproofing. "
