The only decent thing I can say about this place is it's adjacent to Terminal 3. It felt like a cheap dorm room in Vegas, except the buffet was horrible in comparison. I couldn't wait to leave.

Location is great if Shinjuku is your vibe, very busy hotel and area! Room was quite small for the price, not enough space to open luggage so had to chuck it on the bed which wasn’t ideal.
