Great hotel for the area with a train station just a small walk away and so many food and shopping options on the same block. Their staff went above and beyond to help me finding locations and scheduling an appointment I had which required Japanese, that I unfortunately do not speak.

The room was good. A little smaller then our Osaka one which is the same company. It was unfortunate that even as a guest you pay for the spa where as the Osaka hotel it was included which we loved. I loved the convenience of it being inside the airport. We didn’t have to walk outside in the cold ...
