We did not have bfast. We used the laundry machines but was dissatisfied as the clothes did not come out dry. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The room was the tiniest room I have ever got in any hotel. It was even difficult to move in the luggage and move around. The breakfast was very poor for an american - lot of items but very few edible ones, and very poor coffee. No eggs except for cold boiled ones.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Being right across the street from Shinagawa Station is the best part about this hotel’s location. Hotel staff were professional but were not the kind to give you the warm fuzzies. The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. The whole experience was excellent, loved buffet breakfast, dinner not so much but overall the hotel is excellent, train directly across the street. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone,, excellent for families
