"Did NOT clean my room left it trash had to empty my own Trash and get fresh linen and towels and wash clothes along with getting new trash bags very dissatisfied"

"We liked everything about this hotel but two things surprised us and made the stay more expensive than anticipated. First, only paid parking was available and the hotel alerted us to this fact right after we were locked in with no chance for cancellation. Not surprising since the hotel is downtown, but it would have been helpful had the information been more accessible before booking. And spent $40. They gave us 2 bottles of water at check in and in the time I put them down and got my bags half the water leaked all over the desk from both bottles.
