Communication was on point, never having to wait for a reply, via what's app. Facilities, room and gardens was even better than the photos extremely spotless. Food was delicious and always on time when we used room service, but also enjoyable to eat at the restaurant with very friendly staff....

"Hotel is absolutely beautiful!! The location is safe!!, however kind of annoying to enter and leave from as very windy roads. Also the rooms were a hike to get to and from, but it's kind of private in a way. The rooms are super clean, towels replaced each day and room cleaned each day, and the staff were all super friendly! Limited dining options at hotel restaurant, the food wasn't the best. I was very happy with my stay!! "

"This hotel is just a piece of paradise The staff is very very nice and helpful, especially Bayu! The veggie food is a great concept and the flavours of the meals are just "sublime" The hotel is only 10 minutes drives from Ubud center, and they provide a shuttle service to the center. Ask for a day trip, assisted by Gede, he is so nice and helpful. Thanks a lot, Gdas provide such a best experience."

"The staff are incredible and made my stay perfect. Adi was great to work with and very helpful. I scheduled a tour with Eri and it was my favorite tour ever. I asked him so many questions and we had a wonderful conversation about Bali culture. He will work with you know on how to personalize the schedule. And more importantly, he is so funny. The rooms and facilities are beautiful. The restaurant is good. I did not want to leave!"
