"Great hotel in an excellent location. It’s easy to get into Venice via the nearby Vaporetto/Alilaguna stop or the People Mover, which made getting around really convenient. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and spacious. The room was comfortable, although slightly on the smaller side. A nice touch was the Smart TV, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings and watching our own shows."

"Booked a King room with this Hotel. They gave us a queen and still charged me for a King. The electricity went out twice while we were in the Hotel...2 different nights and even had us outside at 2am .They evacuated the Hotel in the middle of the night. Would not recommend this Hotel. They need to do better and take care of their customers. "

"3pm check in turned out to be 4 pm although they gave us a complementary drink to compensate. Common lift areas smelt of vomit and unbearable. Rooms were great though. Limited food choices for vegetarians and local restaurants in murano were shut hence not a great experience. "

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. "Great property, very conveniently located to the Venice train station and great food options around it. The rooms had everything one would need and decent size and what a view of the canal. The mattress was comfy, loved the heated towel rack. I liked how both the rooms had full size mirrors. The breakfast was very high quality and delicious my kids loved it. Will definitely stay here if I ever travel back to Venice. "
