"Very helpful staff especially the reception staff David Nice air conditioning but the room has some stains and marks at the bottom of the wall although the hotel is new"

"The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

"We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu. "

"The restaurant was quiet and I had the Eggplant Parm. It was exquisite. Directions given by the staff were very helpful. Except for a little renovation the place was very nice."

"The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The proximity to the train station made it easy to travel to San Lucia for the day and the hotel breakfast was amazing. The on sight restaurant and bar made dinner plans easy and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I understand that Venice is old and that’s their charming but for the price they charge that hotel and called a 4 stars there is a huge difference, the beds are so old and a little uncomfortable and the pillows so flat, the shower so small too."
