"I found the check in process terrible. Nobody answered my phone call. Hotel.com did not give an accurate address so I had a hard time getting there. After a long day at the airport with 7hr delay in my flight and the time of my arrival, I was pissed. . After check in, I found the place great. Now I m hooked and will come back. Go figure"

"Staff - especially at the front desk was very accommodating. They were able to get me in early because of a member of Marriott and they provided us a great view room. The elevators were quick. "The room was great and a great view of the harbour! Everything was clean plus it was nice they have mouthwash, lavender oil, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner available for free in the room. There was a fan (or something?) that was fairly loud in the ductwork which was annoying but otherwise zero complaints! I definitely recommend it."

"Could’ve used more staff to help in the restaurant on the Saturday night. The one bartender did his best but definitely could’ve used help on the rainy day and with the Bruno Mars concert being cancelled.
Check out was too long as well. The two clerks were busy but then people wanted to have their bags held and the one lady had to go help them and then she had a line up. Should’ve had more staff for how busy it was."

"Stayed 3 nights at Royal Sonesta Yorkville. Unfortunately, water started leaking from the closet ceiling during our stay and soaked my wife’s coat.
Staff were polite and offered laundry service plus waived amenity fees, which we appreciated, but for a hotel at this price point we expected a stronger response to an in-room maintenance issue causing damage to guest belongings.
Overall disappointing experience considering the location and nightly rate"

"The room was a great size and the king bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional! We needed a different fridge since it wasnt working snd they sent up the maintenance person with new fridge very quickly! Frenchy's restaurant had a great menu and delicious food. We highly recommend this hotel."
