"We checked into our requested rooms. I asked front desk person for recommendations for food, etc., he was NO HELP, Didn't seem to care, although he told us the way to the beach that was about it. Family in both rooms had noticed black socks from the floors. The room seemed clean but the floor was not. I asked for compensation upon departure and never heard back from the Manager. The location was only about 7 minutes from the Pier, good for that, but I would recommend that you stay elsewhere. It reminded my of an old Motel 6 or something like that. We stayed because of price comparison to other hotels near buy. Would not stay again"

"we did not like the breakfast at all. It was the worst continental breakfast we have ever experienced at a Best Western Hotel. The room was great, location was easy to find, we would stay there again, but not eat there."

"Under the bed was very dirty and there were, at least, 15 pink pills on the floor under there. The bathroom water pressure was almost non existent, shower and sink. I called the front desk for the kitchen package, that all the literature in the room said they would bring to the room, and was told to come to the front desk to get it. No toaster. No pots and pans. The breakfast is a joke. At 8:00 am all they had were nutri-grain bars since all the muffins were gone. The front desk gentleman said they go fast and it's first come first serve. I asked if he had any muffins in the kitchen or somewhere and I was told no. They're all gone. I will say that the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, to the best of their ability, with the only disappointment being having to walk all the way to the front desk after a long road trip. I'm not sure why they can't ask if the kitchen stuff would be needed, upon check in, to alleviate this stress on weary travelers."

"Very clean, attentive staff, and really high end. Our kids LOVED the colorful lights in the room and we all enjoyed the rooftop pool. Only downside was the food at the restaurant (you can have it delivered with room service) was often incorrect to what we ordered or not that tasty, but not a dealbreaker. "
