"Empty glasses left around the pool all day attracting inserts. Our balcony door wouldn't close, took 2 days to get it repaired, was told it didnt matter because we were on the 9th floor so noone could get in! Functioning doors are deemed an optional extra! Lifts slow so takes forever to get anywhere. ..."
