"Reception area is clean and well presented. The room I was put in was pretty tired looking (chipped paint, small stains on walls etc) and had some old dust in places. Main issue was smell of sewage/drains in bathroom. Maintenance came and “sorted this out” but the smell returned within 12 hours. ..."

Our balcony door wouldn't close, took 2 days to get it repaired, was told it didnt matter because we were on the 9th floor so noone could get in! Functioning doors are deemed an optional extra!
