"The rooms were very nice and clean. And cooled down from the heat. The staff was very nice and always attentive, the valets were amazing and its nice of them to shuttle you around if you dont want to walk from place to place on the resort, its a big resort. We enjoyed the walking and the exercise as we werent there to be lazy like some, food and drinks were great all over the property. We will be coming back for sure."

"Un kaos total desde la llegada, la llave no funcionó bajé a recepción 3 veces que no abría la llave, la de recepción mal encarada fue conmigo y abrió el cuarto, quedaro de repararlo, salí a comer y quedaron en hacerlo, llegué y seguía igual bajé a recepción a decirle y la srita con la misma actitud grosera, fue el de mantenimiento a abrir y loas 30 min lo repararon, el baño tenía fuga de agua, ahora estoy pidiendo mi factura y es la hora que no me la hacen "

"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"Beautiful view but much older and dated than expected. Shower doesn't drain well and room despite being very clean was very musty, had to air it out every time we didn't prolonged periods. Very quiet and beach was pretty. "

"This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for...

"Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return."
