"Locke is a new hotel, located at the end of South Colonnade, Canary Wharf. Modern with open plan style incorporating cafe, bar and open seated areas. Staff were great; young and enthusiastic (Sophie and Conor were a delight). The only issue I had was checking in after 10:00pm took a little longer as reception didn't seem to be staffed. Rooms are great, well appointed and overall, I'll definitely be back."

"We loved our stay at Wilde. The staff was extremely welcoming, area was perfect walking distance to the Liverpool station and plenty of restaurants. I would 100% stay here again! My only “complaint” would be there aren’t any phones in the room to connect with the front desk. We had to use the WhatsApp chat which is fine but it connects you with an AI bot. "tiny rooms for the price. Which is fine but their staff was terrible. I requested them multiple times during my 3 day stay to clean my room. They did not do it once!!! They offered me to replace my towels and then no one turned up! This was after I complained about their service. I am never coming back to their property and will recommend the same to my colleagues, team members, and friends."

"Its not bad. A little dirty. They provided us fans during the heat wave which were rather dirty. There was also an eggy smell coming from the boiler/laundry room which was gross at best and mildly concerning at worst. The check in was good and the team was responsive. The most baffling part was that the living room windows cant be opened as its a double pane system. We were there during a heat wave and we were all forced to migrate to the bedroom since there was no way to cool the living room...

"Great stay for the price & owner Alex was very accommodating during my entire stay!
Was a tad sad about technical difficulties while attempting to use WiFi (& I did let Alex know this too & he attempted to correct issue, to no avail) & inability to access thermostat (building's historic with no built-in temperature unit),
I'd DEFINITELY still recommend it, as it's very comparable for the price!"
