"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. We chose to stay here due to the opening offer discount, which we were happy with the hotel for what we paid, but would have been disappointed if we had paid more!
One issue was the room bed size - we paid more for a king size bed, however, according to their very own receptionist, on the hotels booking system there is no differentiation between a double and a king. Therefore, they charge you more for a king when there's no difference to a double. The bed was 2 single divans pushed...

"On arrival the lady on the desk asked that both myself and my wife produce ID. My wife didnt have ID on her but the lady on the reception at first was not very helpful, she told me that no ID is a problem. It had to be a Gov issue ID. "Stunning hotel in a superb location! Close to shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and transport.
Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.
Our only negatives would be no coffee/tea facilities in room (they’re available in lounge, are complimentary and when asked for were delivered free of charge but would prefer option in room) and there was no railing to get in and out of the deep bath/shower.
Despite above, would stay again, and again and again!! ❤️"

"Overall experience was amazing. Good location, good hotel, nice rooftop and vibes. However, if you have an IPhone, screen share will not work, internet was super slow when you try to play YouTube. Theirs is no parking garage for your car. Didn’t have hot water and they did offer me an upgrade but it was a way smaller room with a view. Other than this few issues, everything else was good. Will def stay here again. "
