"Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In unserer Dusche war die Armatur kaputt und der Hebel für heißes und kaltes Wasser war kaum zum bewegen. Kein Service Telefon aufm Zimmer. Handtücher nur für eine Person obwohl Doppelzimmer gebucht. Frühstück war Continental und das hat man auch gemerkt. Nur Toastbrot, bisschen Marmelade ansonsten reines Englisch Breakfast. Nur 4 Aufzüge für ein Hotel mit 26 Stockwerke, wobei 1 Aufzug immer out of Oder war und ein zweiter immer wieder mal ausfiel.

"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying.
Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted.

Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Da es nicht möglich war ein Fenster zu öffnen, war es von großem Vorteil eine gut funktionierende, relativ leise Klimaanlage zu haben.
Das Frühstück war gut.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (die Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür und die U Bahnhaltestelle Canary Wharf ca. 10 Gehminuten)."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was really nice and helpful. It was super easy to find. Only a short walk from the subway station. I would definitely stay again next time. Room was little small but for a solo traveler it was perfect especially as someone who was out exploring all day.

"Lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast if extortionate. 33 quid for a full English!
Stayed over 1 night and fire alarm went off 4-5 times until 3am. Staff did not know the cause and ensure it wouldn’t happen again… and It did.
However, in the morning reception staff ensured a full refund without ask due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Bed was very comfy and mini bar was full with goodies :)"
