"The hotel is in a great central location. It is directly across the street from the Reading Market, which is a delightful place to visit. From desk staff to restaurant staff, housekeeping, and even the Uber drivers everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and the bathroom had adequate counter space for toiletries. Beds were quite comfortable and the duvet covering felt luxurious to lie under. A lovely place to stay."

"The gentlemen at the Valet stand were absolutely lovely upon check in and check out. Maybe they should be promoted to the front desk! Upon check-in we were told the accessible rooms do not contain a sofa bed. Front desk staff was inhospitable and unhelpful. After refusing the needed accessible room, at no time were we informed that there were no linens for the sofa beds in the standard rooms.
