"The staff were very nice and super helpful. Very easy parking in front of our room. I enjoyed the sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Air conditioner worked well. TV worked, but had slow refresh rate (somewhat pixelated). The gap under the door made a strange whistling sound; it just needs a threash-hold gasket. It was difficult to regulate the shower temperature. Walkable to the Town Centre shopping and restaurants as well as to Peet’s coffee. Condition of bathroom was excellent. Everything...

"Staff was extremely rude, parking awful, breakfast was sub par. Room was ok, but on the street so loud and extremely uncomfortable as a solo female traveler having people being able to look directly into your window. Asked for a higher floor for safety and was denied. Staff was not helpful upon check in, and beyond rude in check out. Horrible experience, do NOT recommend."

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."
