"I appreciate there were works ongoing but the mess wasn’t contained, there was dust from the builders in hallways and elevators. The room was very dated and could have been cleaner, lampshades in particular were grotty however the most important parts like the bedsheets and bathroom were acceptably clean. Breakfast was disappointing - fruit basket empty, had to ask staff for coffee (only decaf out a couple of hours into service) and ask again for milk which had gone empty. This isn’t acceptable in my opinion when there were at least 6 staff nearby. Staff did greet us but I wouldn’t say they were as friendly as we have experienced at other Hampton by Hilton hotels."

"The pool was super clean omg! And the room was clean as well and the staff was so nice and really believed in safety at the hotel. I saw the lady at the front not trying to let anyone in that didn't have a room and I loved that!!"

"Property is not as advertised. Some fake pictures. Hopefully, they are more honest with their longer term guests. Avoid - it is better to pay more."

"Not expensive so I expected some worn areas. Bathtub was one of the run down things. The room had an odd smell wten ac was running so I expect they need to replace the ac filters. But room was clean, no bugs, and bed was comfortable. I thought the rooms opened to the parking lot but they do not. I did get to park outside my room but could only see my car through a closed window. I prefer to park right at my door. Not complaing just an observation for others. Check in staff was very pleasant. NO coffee in office, sonething i expected. No coffee makers in room but a MCDonalds is down the road. I would stay here again. "

"Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still nothing. Hotel is nice and great location but maybe want to check elsewhere"
