We had a hard time communicating with someone bc remember this is not a hotel so no personal assistant. The room was okay and clean, central area but I will not consider this for another stay."

"This was a great place to stay because of its location. It was a 30 minute or less walk to almost all the places we went. It is a small place but very secure and was clean. The bed was comfortable and shower great. The air conditioner also worked well. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as there were only tiny packets of shampoo there. "The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic if your stay consists of a lot of Vatican City experiences. The area is very safe and close to the Metro, a great street for shopping and window shopping too. A hidden gem of a property (quite hard to find initially) and great for all Rome and the Vatican has to offer. The star of the stay for us was Carla. A wonderful host and concierge. She is very helpful and a great communicator. She will always answer any questions very promptly...

"Very close to everything, no need to get a taxi or to drive for sight seeing. We could walk or catch the train easily. The apartment was clean and modern, and our host was excellent! The only slight drawback was that there wasn’t really any common area where we could sit and have a drink which was hard since we were traveling with another couple and would have liked to do so especially in the morning. That being said, we would stay there again, happily."

"Position of the apartment is great,but the check-in is a nightmare, the decor is tacky at best and the shower gas no pressure. There was decorating and painting in the building while we were there and that meant walking through dust and paint...but the worst is the elevator...squeezing 2 people in it's almost impossible..."
