"Very clean room, with enough space for 2, fully functioning kitchen. Very easy self service entry, keep in mind you need internet upon your arrival as your entry code will be available on your arrival day. The appartement is located next to busses/metro to get to the city center in a few minutes. There is a store nearby. Would definetely recommend this place and I would come back if I would visit budapest again"

"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"The Junior Suite was spacious with a mattress that's the perfect balance of firm and soft. Ample wardrobe space and a generous supply of hangers. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the bathroom is bright and spotless with premium toiletries.The breakfast was top-notch. Hot Chocolate is incredibly rich and intense. The made-to-order breakfast menu is exquisite, offering an extensive selection of dishes. The Spa was clean, spacious, and relaxing. "

"Room 507 had a major bathroom issue. It flooded each time the shower was used. We were not moved to a new room until after the second night. Hotel knew the bathroom had a defect since there were already molds present in areas where the water was coming from but they still placed us in that room since they were fully booked. Another red flag was that they charged me upon check in. This is a tactic that they used so you can no longer get yiur money back. When we asked for a compensation at check...
