"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"We arrived on the 12th of April all staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, we needed directions to town and info on parking they helped with that and a disposable razor was given on request. Room was clean and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. There was a great selection at breakfast, we liked the fact there was a microwave to use if you wanted to bring your own food although there was a snack bar and restaurant."

"At weekend food was a bit cool, the shower was lethally a bath mat would be appreciated . The microwave was without instructions and difficult to use. On the plus side the room was large well equipped clean and heating and cooling was great. Staff were excellent, I would definitely stay again."

"Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. "My friend and I had a lovely time. All staff were fantastic, the service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfy. The food was very nice, however the breakfast under the hot lights didnt stay fresh or tasty. I would suggest an extra choice of butter, too. The existing one was uneatable, another common British sold butter would have been nice. But overall, I rate this hotel highly."

"I've stayed at this hotel a few times and always loved it but I was disappointed this time! Room thermostat didn't work + sink blocked. No-one came to change towels, empty bins etc. Breakfast was terrible on first morning - no cups, plates, cutlery, juice or some food items! Everyone was waiting for ages! Scrambled egg wasn't nice! Has put me off returning in the future!"
