"Poorly kept room with spring pushing through the mattress, bathroom window was stuck open and the room was generally in a poor state."

"Bath doesn’t drain and overflowed in a minute , I can’t take a shower. Windows don’t open, it is not pleasant. Very slow check in, not much friendly staff"

"Very nice hotel and lovely breakfast too. We were with a toddler so cautious about the noise as there were many reviews about high noise level. When we close the windows, it didn’t bother us. It’s so close to many good restaurants and attractions. So we loved it."

"Arrived earlier than expected, helpful lady on reception allowed us to check in early. Conveniently placed to walk into the city with easy motorway access when it is time to go. Have stayed a few times now and never disappointed"

"The second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Conveniently situated in walking distance of the city centre and train station. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and clean and the staff are wonderful and a real asset. We parked in the Q park which is just round the corner, a 2 minute walk at most and the hotel offer a discount on parking there. We had breakfast both mornings and there is plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Loved our 2 night stay and cant wait for the next one."

"We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Leeds City Centre. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very convenient for the city centre, shops, restaurants and the train station, which made everything really easy. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel had a good overall...

"Nice hotel very old outdated halls but I kinda liked it. Very basic but cheap for the city center we was on floor 10 and was a 5min walk from reception to room which was weird. No parking at the hotel but plenty of parking options around the area"

"The room was compact but had everything needed except a tea and coffee tray, there was an option of buying these at reception. The breakfast was a very good continental style with a great selection. The staff were really helpful and able to answer my questions."
