"Lovely hotel. Would love to use it again when we visit family in Derby but my husband is disabled and a blue badge holder. The description parking available at £8 a day implies the park is on site in fact it was in the basement of the shopping centre opposite with either a very long walk around or several flights of steps as lifts were not working. If you are able bodied it is a fantastic hotel. If you are struggling with mobility and heart condition not the best choice if you are driving. "

"We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared...
