"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"I expected the hotel to be more glamerous for the high price. Furniture in the room was old and raggy. Shower was tiny. But the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. "

"The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."

"Fabulous location in Central London for access to the tube (Green Park) and extremities in visiting all the major sites, such as Westminster, London Eye, Buckingham Palace Tower, Bridge and Tower of London. A spacious apartment that was great for a family of four with multiple bathrooms, including an extra separate commode room. Utilities such as the oven dishwasher and washer dryer were a little difficult to figure out as they were European models, but we eventually got there. Could never...

"My first time at this hotel. A few hiccups that lead me to say it is more a 4-star hotel than 5 but I will defiantly stay again. Check in was outstanding, and I needed it after a very long drive. My room was large, beautifully decorated with a walk-in closet, vanity, lovely bed and beautifully appointed bathroom. Room was beginning to show wear, with furniture chips and peeling wallpaper throughout. Staff was inconsistent. door men and porters outstanding, some excellent reception desk staff...
