"Room was clean, excellent view of the ocean to see sunrise in the morning. Nice little get away, enjoyed the pool for adult swim in the morning, very relaxing. "

"The room was outstanding three bathrooms two bedrooms nicely decorated but not very clean. Floors were sticky. It was annoying to have to contact CozySuites via Texas in order to obtain service because their house keeping doesn’t arrive until 11am"

"The front desk staff checking was really rude, when asked to explain a charge she brushed me off, housekeeping never ever came to clean the room, but someone from housekeeping try to come in to "Check the room" but refused to clean it. I was there over a week now and I still haven't seen my deposit. You cal and call and they hung up on you"

"I didn't like had to walk to far to everything,buffet was way overpriced,I don't care for much seafood tho,and I found a staple,A fake litl diamond,and 2 quarters on the floor tells me not cleaned good,and window in and out filthy o see through....I really not happy."

"I stayed in a Jr. Suite in the Ocean tower, the room was very large, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, the furniture was very dated, the 42 inch TV needs to be upgraded since the room is so large. The 9th fl view is the roof of another building and some of the ocean, also the carpet is old."

"The room was absolutely disgusting, I didn’t even set my luggage down. The smell was horrendous, the staff was rude, I wouldn’t even bathe my dog in that shower, they charged us extra for parking that wasn’t even close. The floors and bed were visibly dirty. I felt like I walked right into a bad horror movie. Absolutely disgusting— I’m not sure how they even stay in business. I found another hotel and did not get a refund. "

"Clean room with friendly front desk staff. Good hotel for a quick stay in AC. The diner on the 1st floor is a great plus too. Overall, ok stay no complaints. "

"Put a hold on my cc same amount as the room for one night staff rude no lock on the window in the room unsafe. We were in non smoking room found ciggerretes on the window ceil. Whole place stunk maraquina and just garbage smell."
