"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. "Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"Carpet in my room had a foul musty smell when I told front desk about issue the hotels solution was to have maintenance personnel spray a bunch of air freshener/chemicals on the carpet while we were in the room . The chemical smell was so strong we had to leave the room for several hours. Hotel didn’t offer any compensation for the foul carpet smell issue and huge inconvenience we experienced."

Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were clueless
First room they gave us was a shoe box with a screw drilled into the window so it wouldn't open.
After compiling we were shown a better room which we had.
The style of the hotel makes it feel dated not modern.
The breakfast was good but the staff in that department were as if they were from Mars they had no hospitality training and could be better replaced with traffic cones."
