"Wonderful staff! We loved the restaurants. The wait staff is so friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to have Carlos as our waiter for 3 consecutive nights. Laura in concierge services was fenomenal. The entertainment crew put together lots of fun activities and music/dance each night. We had a great vacation"
"The Hotel is located in Jaguar park. It’s close to the Archaeological ruins, and Tulum’s downtown. I recommend to rent a car. Be aware of Guardia Nacional. Every time you drive through the entrance point, they will ask evidence of your hotel. And they can be annoying. They can deny the entrance to your hotel. Also, because it’s a park you are to supposed to pay daily entrance. But in the hotel they are very helpful with this matter. It’s preferable to visit in times when there is no sargazo ( seaweeds). The food in the restaurant is delicious!!! We enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to visit again , but this time without sargazo."
"Loved everything about this stay. The hotel feels fresh, youthful, and vibrant. The rooms are compact but super smart and clean, with great tech. The rooftop pool area is stunning and a fantastic place to unwind. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. An absolute gem of a hotel if you appreciate smart design and a great atmosphere!"
"I will definitely be coming back to this resort. It is a hidden gem located walking distance to the ruins. It is quaint, charming, gorgeous, and simple connecting you to nature. The staff was so friendly I consider them my friends. A special shout out to Carolina, Oswaldo, Rodolfo, Diego, and Carlos. The restaurant is open air, on the beach and a beautiful relaxing breakfast experience. Breakfast is order off the menu with a nice fruit plate and sweet and savory options. This resort is so amazing! You can stay in a thatched roof hut surrounded by sand and palm trees. This bungalow is cute and clean with air conditioning, beds made up with mosquito netting and sand at your doorstep. I rarely wore shoes around the resort. The reception area is open air and has a pool table and games. It has a lofted ceiling and comfortable seating. They also show movies on weekend nights. No TV, sand between your toes, super friendly caring staff, good cocktails, beautiful beachside restaurant, peace and quiet. What is not to like. This is a perfect laid back, one with nature resort. I could not be happier"
