"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. "The resort is located about an hour from Cancun airport. We dealt with Lomas Hospitality in booking. They are fntstic..on top of everything at the resort including your transportation.
