"This is our third stay at the Alexander Pope Hotel in Twickenham. We had a gorgeous huge top floor room with windows on three sides, chairs and sofa with a cozy nook for coffee. The staff was quite helpful with our needs, with more of a front desk presence than in the past. The king bed was not the most comfortable, with a pronounced dip in the middle. "Well located to Battersea power station. Very short walk. A bit longer for the Tube station. We actually did use the pool and steam room which was nice after a long day in London. Very small pool though. The room was comfortable and spacious albeit the decor was a bit tired looking. Staff were pleasant."

"We were extremely disappointed with our experience involving The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa and Expedia. We accidentally booked the wrong date and, when we arrived at the hotel, spent over two hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue with both hotel staff and Expedia.
