"Our stay was fine, except breakfast was skimpy, of low quality witj minimal choice. Other reviewers talked up thr breakfast, but not our rxperience."

"I wrote three messages in the spot that said Contact us. Not one response. The thermostat did not work and the unit was freezing. Despite setting it to 22c, the room temp never climbed above 17.6c. (I have a photo.) We could not stand being so cold and booked other accommodation for our second night. The phone number/extension number did not work either. Why would they put us in the furthest possible room from the check-in desk? The beds were comfortable and clean but we had to use the pillows...

"This property must be in the wrong part of town. Three vagrants were sharing a bottle of whiskey in front of the door as we arrived. We spent about 10 minutes in the facility considering our next move. We did not see even one guest in the lobby, elevator, hallways, or dining room while we were there—the place appeared abandoned. We did not check in but went to another hotel instead. Expedia refused to refund our money. Avoid Expedia—they handled this problem terribly!!!"

"It is a great hotel. The staff is very helpful! The restaurant serves really good food. The only suggestion is that they could give the guests a discount if they have breakfast at the restaurant since they don’t offer free as others do."

"Very clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was great with lots of food selection and lots of room to sit by the window and look out onto the street. Location was right downtown which was within a few metres of our outdoor event. Staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to park longer until the end of our event."
